１：搭乗前　ほとんどの国及び航空会社は

　　　　　　７２時間以内のPCR検査（多くの場合　鼻咽頭スワブ）を求めています

 

２：検査日の予約は電話で診療時間内にしてください

３：結果；　検査時間：午前中：その日の夕刻

　　　　　　　　　　　午後　：翌朝８時以降

　　証明証はメール（PDF）で送る事も可能です

 

 

④：パスポートの持参　又は　事前に以下ををメールで送ってください

　　　　　　　

 　　   A :  パスポートの写真

　 　 B :  検査予約の　日時, 　曜日、  時間

　　  C :  携帯電話番号　

          D :  住所（簡単に）

          E :  領収証（必要な方）の宛名もお書きください
